Samuel Gawith CH Flake（巧克力薄片）煙斗菸草

The Latakia in this flake adds just enough campfire smokiness to keep the sweet Virginias from being cloying. It rubs out easily and burns slow with a great room note.

The nutty burleys and that hint of Latakia balance the sweet Virginias perfectly, making this a wonderfully complex smoke. It’s a flake that burns slow and steady, which I really appreciate for a long, relaxed session in the evening.

I’ve been smoking flake tobaccos for a while, and this one’s Virginia-forward character is a nice change of pace—smooth and mellow. The flake rubs out easily and burns pretty clean, though I wish the chocolate note lingered a touch longer. Still, a solid choice for a relaxed bowl.
