Escudo Navy De Luxe 菸草

The pressed and spun cut gives this tobacco a perfect, even burn in my pipe. That mature Virginia base really shines through, delivering a rich, full-bodied smoke that satisfies. Nice balance with the Perique, not overpowering at all.

I wasn’t sure about a Perique blend at first, but this Virginia-forward spin-cut ribbon stays lit evenly and doesn’t bite. The tin note is rich without being overwhelming—great for a mellow evening smoke.

The pressed and matured process really shows—the flakes are dense and hold up well in the bowl. It's a solid, full-bodied smoke with that Perique kick, though I wish it came a bit moister out of the tin.
