Gawith Hoggarth & Co. Balkan Mixture 煙斗菸草

The Latakia in this blend is perfectly balanced—smoky without being overpowering. It’s a smooth, rich smoke that burns evenly right out of the tin.

I was pleasantly surprised by how well the dark Indian leaf balances the smoky Latakia without overpowering it. The moisture level was just right straight from the tin, making packing a breeze. Definitely my new go-to for a relaxed evening smoke.

The Latakia is definitely the star here, giving it that classic smoky Balkan profile. I found the Virginias a bit too mild for my taste, leaving the blend feeling a little unbalanced. It's an okay smoke, but I expected more depth.
