Oliva Serie V Señoritas

After about 30 minutes of slow smoking, the fermented Jalapa Valley ligero really shines through with a smooth, rich flavor that doesn't get harsh. The sun grown wrapper gives a nice, even burn from start to finish.

The Jalapa Valley ligero gives this smoke a real depth of flavor that I appreciate in a shorter cigar. It burns evenly without needing touch-ups, though it's a bit pricier than I'd like for the size.

The wrapper leaf on these has a really rich, oily sheen that I wasn't quite expecting from a sun-grown. They're a solid choice when I want something more complex than my usual smoke, though I might grab a slightly larger vitola next time for a longer session.
