I was a little worried it'd be harsh on the tongue, but it's genuinely bite-free even when I puff a bit fast. The burley and virginia mix gives a smooth, mellow room note that's perfect for an afternoon bowl. Only ding is the pouch could seal a touch tighter, but for the price it's hard to argue.
