The maple stain on this pipe has a nice, warm depth that looks even better in person than online. It smokes smooth right out of the box with the filter in place, and the straight black bit on the 5th Avenue shape feels comfortable clenching.

The maple stain on this pipe has a nice, warm depth that the photos didn't fully capture. The filtered draw is smooth and clean right out of the box, which I really appreciate. It's become my go-to for a relaxing evening smoke.

I picked up the 5th Avenue shape and the straight black bit makes it easy to grip while smoking. The varnished finish feels smooth, though I wish the bowl were just a tad bigger for longer sessions. Still, it's a solid pipe for the price.
